Job Description:
Role Objective: The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the template design, development, configuration, launch, testing and maintenance and follow the payment process. This role will also be responsible for executing solutions and processes to operationalize the AP systems processes which will include driving adoption and usage of Ariba.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create and manage program schedule
- Coordinate with SAP Ariba resources across work streams
- Prepare and lead weekly status meetings and risk/issue meetings
- Manage project risk and serve as escalation point of contact
- Assist in managing communications to key stakeholders and key deliverables sign off coordination
- Complete end of project quality review
- Work with customer to understand current business processes and provide recommendations and best practices on configuration design
- Lead completion of design matrices and configuration templates
- Provide incremental functionality demonstrations as required to assist customer in configuration decision making
- Lead configuration testing in Test and Production environments
- Support Customer in driving consensus and overcoming challenges (including raising work stream level risks)
- Provide functional knowledge of SAP Ariba software capabilities
- Responsible for technical aspects of the deployment, including data loading and functionality configuration.
- Responsible for creating custom fields for item master
