Job Description
Experienced in architecting, designing, developing and maintaining highly complex software components/modules using .NET 5-8 yrs experience
Must demonstrate hands-on proficiency in the following:
C#
WCF
SQL Server
Experience in the following:
.NET Winforms
WPF
ASP.NET
Enterprise Service Bus
Be very good at WCF services or catch up fast
Willingness to work on a brownfield application development (windows forms, WCF)
Ability dive in head first and quickly understand in-house built older application
Commitment to own and improve legacy .NET application
Willingness to quickly learn Neuron ESB just enough on the job
Familiarity with Windows Forms/WPF (desktop) application development
Must have a good understanding of design patterns & SOLID OOPS concepts
Have experience and ability to lead small teams if required
Good team player, have ability and willingness to mentor junior developers
Good at understanding requirements, estimation, execution and delivery
Experience with highly complex software development projects
Must have at least one relevant Microsoft certification
Understanding of health insurance is a plus
