Job Description:
Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience 6+ years of experience with extraction, transformation, and loading tools and development of strategies for loading data into production enterprise Data Warehouse 6+ years of Data Stage ETL experience
Responsibilities:
Experience in leading team of about 20 people
Experience in creating high level, detailed level estimates
Ability to effectively present, defend solutions and respond to questions from executives, directors, managers, clients and customers
Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model
Must have dimensional modeling skills at the conceptual, logical, and physical levels, and experience documenting data models
Ability to work in a rapid-development environment
Ability to work closely with customers in analyzing requirements
Ability to work flexible hours
Project management and technical leadership
Strong communication skills, written and spoken
Comfortable working independently, but has experience working in a team environment
Skills establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and staff
Can discern when escalation is needed
