Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Support includes research, triage, defect resolution, test support, coding, compliance, and all other production support functions.
Looks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root cause.
Performs troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills, and conducts root cause analysis.
Real-time restoration and triaging of issues impacting technical services (application/infrastructure) to customers and partners in a timely manner while keeping partners advised of significant progress or challenges during the restoration period.

Required:
5 years as a production support analyst
Deep skills in DB2 and SQL
Must have experience in EDI
Must have experience in stored procedures in SQL and DB2
Must have experience in UNIX skills (CRON and scripting)
Highly prefer skills in Cobol in a Mainframe environment
