Role: Technical Writer

We also want this individual to take those materials/content they create and document training materials and documents for the implementation of each phase of work. This individual would need to not only be a Technical Writer, but have the ability to work closely with the business SME’s in order to create materials that are user friendly and makes since from both a structure and organization standpoint.
The business needs to ensure that the materials/content are easily digestible.
KCS certification is a plus.
We think the candidates should provide some evidence of this type of writing as part of the resume process. Key areas of experience would be software user interface documentation and business process documentation.
