PM must know all aspects of Project Management and be able to Manage the Entire Life Cycle of Projects from Requirements Gathering to Closure
Must be able to Execute on Schedule and Budget
Oversees Program Resources to Achieve Cost, Performance and Quality Objectives of the Company and Customer(s) for Several Large, Complex, Multi-Account, Global Programs
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert providing Project Management Methodology Consulting to Business Unit Personnel
Merging Multiple Schedules and Milestones
Developing Detailed Budgets for Multiple Projects and/or Programs by Line of Services
Establishing Dependencies and Priorities
Developing Critical Path(s)
Monitor and Report Program Budget(s) and Service Levels to Program Baseline.
Identify Deficiencies and Reviews Root Cause to Assign Corrective Action
Collect and Determine Impact of Regulations and Customer Contract(s)
Educate Stakeholders and Ensure Compliance
Keeps Team to Requirements through Team Meetings and other Communications
Work with Stakeholders to Review and Audit Deliverables to Verify Compliance with Approved Requirements
Work with Program Teams to Report/Document Results and Correct Deficiencies
Incorporates Lessons Learned
