Job Description :
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and assess current processes to define and document improvements.
o Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software product(s) and processes used by the organization.
o Understand system and operational requirements, downstream system impacts, and legal compliance obligations
Develop and document best practices and operational procedures.
Develop business requirement documentation for IT projects.
Act as a liaison between corporate technology teams, senior management and the business community.
o Translate product requirements into technical specifications that include but are not limited to, business requirements, technical requirements, operational requirements, business process flows, technical process flows, and/or use cases.
Recommend method and procedural changes.
Handle several implementation tasks and/or projects at any given time.
Analyzes Business Workflow and assists in Data Mapping
Provide architectural framework and design/enhance the software application
Help develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Strategies
Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with the appropriate project stakeholders.
Provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly status reporting as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Working knowledge of Equity compensation applications and accounting systems (General Ledger , Accounts Payable) preferably Oracle ERP
Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements
Proficient in gathering business requirements using UML, process flows and use cases.
Expertise in modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
Experience with complete software development life cycle.
Understanding of technology capabilities and limitations.
Experience with and strong understanding of various technologies and platforms, including Oracle and OO programming.
Experience designing and reviewing test cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
