Job Title: Python Developer (Remote position)
Duration: 6-12+Months Contract
Client’s location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
Work closely with a team to develop innovative applications that address clients’ most challenging business, technology, and system integration needs.
Develop new and leading edge software applications that leverage the latest technology components.
Support the development of an enterprise Web application by leveraging Agile methodologies, proven architecture, design patterns, and modern integration strategies.
Perform aspects of Agile software development, including user story writing, release and iteration planning, Agile modeling and design, coding, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and software documentation.
Contribute to system implementation efforts at various layers, including presentation, service, and data access and integration points, including Web services and messaging.
Review current systems and present ideas for system improvements in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience with Python development in a professional work environment
Experience working with Python as it relates to LMS.
Experience with processing unstructured data and text with text manipulation libraries
Knowledge of Web–based applications and frameworks, including Django or Flask
BS degree
