Role- Workday functional consultant
Candidates must have solid experience with Workday Compensation Modules
This is a functional role however candidates will need to have configuration knowledge
Experience understanding how different Workday modules talk to each other and cross configuration
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
Strong knowledge of Workday and other HR systems (SAP, PeopleFluent),
processes and data maintenance
Strong working experience with Workday Compensation modules
Good organization and time management skills. Strong eye towards data
accuracy, completeness and the end-user experience.
Independent thinker & worker. Comfortable working away from other team members and Direct Manager
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up to completion
Ability to organize and manage multiple and concurrent tasks to meet often
tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in the use of Excel
Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures, policies &
sensitivities in order to translate business requests into a solution
This role will require experience with inbound and outbound integration configuration
Solid data flow knowledge
Out of the box configuration as well as in the box workday configuration
