Summary of Responsibilities
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Solutions Project Manager to lead efforts and resources from the business operations to deliver process automations. Strong understanding of Business Process Optimization and Automation.
The RPA Project Manager will have responsibility for managing creation and evolution of the delivery framework, designing solutions, creating Business Objects and delivering Automated Processes. Need expert-level experience in creating Decks and making presentations to various departments as well as management.Prior experience in P&C Insurance and processes.
Principal Responsibilities
Supporting the Project Manager Lead in the creation and delivery of automated processes within the company
Implementing RPA solutions in accordance with standard product design principles and conventions
Understanding new RPAs and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Providing architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company’s delivery teams
Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility
Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
Identifying and communicating the technical requirements
Creating and maintaining Solution Documentation, Decks and Management Presentations
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPAs and providing timely responses and solutions as required
Communicating with vendors on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the RPA community
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Supporting the Local Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
Should have strong presentation and excellent communication skills.
Should be able to make, create Decks
A willingness and ability to use existing knowledge in Robotic Process Automation
The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches
The skills to design and author well documented, supportable and extensible developments and the ability to support and maintain the work of peers, partners, management and clients
The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks
A track record in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplines
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach
An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges
Blue prism,Robotics and Process Automation RPA , Business Process Re engineering (BPR), Business Process Management, Process Optimization, Exp with any methodologies like Six Sigma, Agile, etc
