Job Description :
Technical/Functional Skills:

Administration and support of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com applications
Manage client issues and support requests
Manage and support complex user roles, security, profiles, workflows and reporting
Perform daily Salesforce and system administration tasks including data backups and scheduled jobs
Write and manage data migration scripts and data migration across instances
Develop and promote standard operating procedures (SOP)
Work with partner teams to achieve common cross functional goals
Enforce migration, version change control procedures and standards
Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established policies and procedures
Install, test and implement system and application patches and upgrades to apply them to all environments
Experience with Apttus is preferred.
