Role: Workday Consultant

Length: 6 Months
Location: St. Louis, MO
Position Summary:
Supports the talent acquisition and management functions by providing all process and system enhancements associated with Workday`s recruiting and talent modules, including automation of processes and improvement of workflows. Provides reporting support and recommends HR applications as appropriate to streamline work and enhance mobile capabilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Working collaboratively with other HR technologists and HR technology team members, responsible for the management and administration of the recruiting and talent modules in Workday including design and configuration, testing, deployment and technical troubleshooting and escalations with technical partners.
Partners with users and other stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements.
Maintains strong collaborative partnerships with the HR technology team, HR business consultants, and other cross-functional HR technologists, to recommend technical solutions taking into account different stakeholders` priorities and tradeoffs.
Works with business owners to implement best practices around processes and workflow. Formalizes and documents processes.
Provides consultative reporting support to the talent acquisition and management functions.
Seeks for ways to automate processes that are manual, and stays abreast of new applications and outsourced solutions.
Manages projects including development of project plans and driving execution across different stakeholder groups.
