We have an urgent requirement for Tester with our direct client

Position: .NET/WCF Developer
Duration: 11 months
Location: Olympia, WA
Interviews: In-person
May require submittal of samples of previous client work products

Work Order Objectives:

In providing .NET/WCF Application development, Work Order objectives for the INH EDE
Application Developer are as follows:
Demonstrates expert proficiency in creating applications, services and user interfaces using C# and.NET, MVC, WCF, Javascript, HTML5, SQL, LINQ, JQuery and JSON.
Creates technical program specifications for work to be conducted.
Reviews and comments on business requirements and participate in technical design sessions.
Reviews and comments on XML specification written by AOC staff for the INH EDE program and/or any assigned initiative project.
Writes .NET/WCF ide and C#/.NET/WCF subroutines based on specifications listed above.
Unit tests .NET/WCF code using manual and automated test processes.
Performs system, regression and user acceptance testing using both manual and automated test processes with all assignments and work products being delivered.
Prepares unit test scripts and resolve all assigned code defects.
Creates and maintains detailed test plans, test conditions, test criteria, test cases, test scripts, test cycles, test data and issues logs.
Fields problem tickets to resolve issues within application, databases, and other mission critical systems as assigned.
Conducts code reviews with the INH EDE Project team(s), as needed.
Collaborates with the INH Project team using MS Team Foundation Server (TFS), AOC staff and court staff in developing, testing and deploying code in support of the INH EDE Program.
Collaborates with the INH Project team, other AOC project teams, Vendors and court staff.
Participates in test planning, executing, troubleshooting and reporting.

3.7. Deliverables

The selected candidate will be required to meet and maintain, at a minimum, the following responsibilities, the including the associated deliverables as a result of their work efforts under any executed Work Order (aka Contract) as a result of this Work Request.

Deliverables required to be provided for review and acceptance by the assigned Project manager include, but not limited to, the following:

Software Development

a) Compiled .NET/WCF Source-Code Solutions

Solutions will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Well commented C#/.NET/WCF source code.
Compiled C#/.NET/WCF objects.
Tested and deployed.

b) Deployment Documentation
Deployment documentation will include, but, not limited to, the following:

Details sufficient for ISD staff to deploy developed solutions into various environments (e.g., testing, staging, production, etc.
Description of key configuration details required to support the solution developed.
Articulate the options available to staff in their deployment along with recommendations, when applicable, Collaborate with the INH EDE project team(s) using the deployment tools selected by the team.

c) Weekly Summary Reports

Weekly summaries will include, but, not be limited to, the following:
Summary of defects and issues reported that week.
List of team resources used on project.
Project progress to date.
Area that require further investigation.
Issues likely to stop progress.
Collaborate with the INH EDE project team(s) using MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) to track work tasks and progress.

d) Final Test Summary Reports

Final summaries will include, but, not limited to, the following:
Defect statistics.
Review of testing focus.
Issues identified during testing.
Testing platforms executed.
Conclusions.
