Job Description :
AOC seeks highly skilled, experienced Senior-level Application
Developers to expand current INH
project team resources. Initially project assignment will be made to
augment the current INH EDE
project team for elicitation and documentation of requirements, use
cases, and other artifacts. Under
the direction of the assigned Project Manager, the Application
Developer role is critical to the EDE
Program to provide alignment with key user groups and to enable AOC to
better understand the
business requirements and translation of customers’ interests to the
program team.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for software development based on functional and
technical requirements and designs.
Develop web-applications, web services, user interface components, and
transformation/orchestration/routing components using industry
standards and best practices.
Prepare technical specifications.
Reviews and comments on functional and technical specifications
written by AOC staff for the
assigned project(s
Prepare test scripts, conduct unit tests and resolve code defects.
Write deployment documentation and manuals as necessary.
Collaborate with project team(s) to work on project tasks.
Provide timely reports to the project management that help monitor
the progress, issues and risks.
Perform other duties as required by the assigned Project Manager.
Work Order Objectives:
In providing .NET/WCF Application development, Work Order objectives
for the INH EDE Application
Developer are as follows:
Demonstrates expert proficiency in creating applications, services
and user interfaces using C#
and.NET, MVC, WCF, Javascript, HTML5, SQL, LINQ, JQuery and JSON.
Creates technical program specifications for work to be conducted.
Reviews and comments on business requirements and participate in
technical design sessions.
Reviews and comments on XML specification written by AOC staff for
the INH EDE program and/or
any assigned initiative project.
Writes .NET/WCF ide and C#/.NET/WCF subroutines based on
specifications listed above.
Unit tests .NET/WCF code using manual and automated test processes.
Performs system, regression and user acceptance testing using both
manual and automated test
processes with all assignments and work products being delivered.
Prepares unit test scripts and resolve all assigned code defects.
Creates and maintains detailed test plans, test conditions, test
criteria, test cases, test scripts, test
cycles, test data and issues logs.
Fields problem tickets to resolve issues within application,
databases, and other mission critical
systems as assigned.
Conducts code reviews with the INH EDE Project team(s), as needed.
Collaborates with the INH Project team using MS Team Foundation
Server (TFS), AOC staff and court
staff in developing, testing and deploying code in support of the INH
EDE Program.
Collaborates with the INH Project team, other AOC project teams,
Vendors and court staff.
Participates in test planning, executing, troubleshooting and reporting.
