Job Description:
This role provides Desktop support, including deployments, equipment moves, installations, and configuration changes for users at our White Plains location. Desktop Support activities include PC/MAC/printer break-fix issues, iPad/iPhone/wireless email device support and full service EOL refreshes including data migration. The team also partners closely with Facilities for weekly moves of PC and printer devices.

Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills. • Excellent communication both written and verbal. • Technical support expertise on Windows, MAC, mobile devices and printers. • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly. • Expected to follow processes, enforce standards, and meet expected SLAs.
