Position:Mechanical Engineer

Required Skills:
Thermal instrumentation and support of cycling testing.
Evaluate failed short circuit design and modify as necessary
Final review of piece cost/pricing (mfg review completed in Q2
BidMan storyboard and implement support.
Review manufacturing scope (vendor/plant) with Juarez and determine capital spend required. Revise CAR based on Juarez review as well as Maxwell’s current estimates.
Test/refine joint puller.
Review UL project status and ensure proper closure of legacy testing. Including interpretation and impact of bend testing.
Develop detailed Gate/task project schedule with cross functional stakeholders- several being new to PROLaunch/role. Assist cross functional team on their closure and drive progress (material storage, gage creation, method sheet review, etc.
Develop assembly instruction and review product packaging
Support launch literature/installation videos
