Position: ETO Test Engineer
Duration: 1 year
Location: Sacramento, CA

Required Skills:
A minimum of 8 years of experience performing test planning, test preparation and test execution activities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with transmitting data (ASCII or XML) using standard messaging/transfer protocols such as: o Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)
Hypertext Transfer Protocol, Secure (HTTPS)
Web Services Definition Language (WSDL)
Java Composite Application Platform Suite (JCAPS)
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
A minimum of 5 years working cooperatively with business and IT professionals, gaining trust of team members and customers, and communicating clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
A minimum 5 years of experience managing/coordinating test activities for a complex, large scale enterprise application
3 years of experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management, IBM ClearCase, and IBM ClearQuest
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of CalPERS lines of business
Previous experience testing the my|CalPERS application is highly desired
Experience with the V-Model Methodology Experience calculating retirement benefits
Experience with Payroll Reporting and Processing
Experience with General Ledgers
Experience with Financial transactions
Experience testing large scale pension application
Experience testing complex interfaces
Experience testing infrastructure changes
Experience with IBM Rational DOORS
