Description
Very strong data architecture and modeling skills for all kinds of database (OLTP, data staging, integration/operational data stores, data warehousing)
Strong understanding of entity relationship modeling, conceptual and logical modeling, hierarchies, relationships, metadata, data lineage, reference data
Experience with healthcare data (either provider or payer)
Good understanding of Oracle database concepts such as databases, schemas, referential integrity, primary/alternate keys
Good experience with Oracle SQL
Experience using CA Erwin and visualization tool such as Microsoft Visio and LucidChart
Experience creating data models, data architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, interface diagrams, design standards, data dictionaries
Good communication and documentation skills
Strong proponent of data architecture as a discipline, evangelize data architecture and data modeling
