Title: Biovia Site Localization Lead (Business Analyst)
Location: Cambridge MA
Duration: Full time
Requirements for the role
1 Experience in working with Pharma clients, Biotech-Life Sciences industries
2 Experience with Electronic Lab Notebooks, LES, Labware LIMS or related tools
3 Experience and understanding of application functionality, roll out and deployment at multiple sites
4 Experience in creation of site deployment, onboarding and project plans at multiple sites and understanding site to site variations
5 Experience in close interaction with pharma business owners, requirement gathering on application bottlenecks
6 Experience with client interactions, prioritization of client deliverables, act as first level of trouble shooting, interaction with run support team to resolve issues
7 Experience of undertaking Change management activities for facilitating application adoption in new groups, understanding of hyper care and steady state adoption
8 Flexibility in job delivery and adjusting to high pressure situations to modulate priorities based on client asks and addressing escalations
9 Team player coordinating with cross functional teams and taking ownership to drive resolution of adoption barriers
10 Experience with working in an Onsite / Offshore model and coordinating activities across geographies
11 Experience in understanding user requirements for application enhancements and improvements, drafting user stories for new functionalities
12 Coordinating with multiple teams to perform feasibility assessment, prioritization of deliverables and driving adoption for developed functionality
13 Excellent written and spoken communication skills to interact with business owners and project governance
14 Experience in drafting success measures and track project progress; ability to identify red flags and knowledge of escalation channels
15 Experience in mentoring new team members for scale up, replacement of resources
