Should be capable of independently deciphering an existing application and reverse engineer the design and logic. Well versed in java design aspects and front end (Ext Js and Dojo)
Technical Architect with expertise in Core Java, JEE and open source frameworks. At least 10 years of Industry experience with at least 3 years of Architect level experience who can work in a fast paced environment with evolving requirements
Must be very hands on and ready to wear several hats – Application Architect, Solutions Architect, Technology Guru and Technical Leader/Sr. Developer
Well rounded skill sets in Java/JEE/GWT to provide end to end Enterprise solutions for Financial Services Industry in Compliance Group
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information quickly, and developing strategies and products with a minimal amount of oversight. Strong working relationship skills, with various stake holders particularly with senior executives
