Job Description :
Looking for a Change Mgt resource with hands on Experience. with good analytical, problem solving, communication skills. Also having some exposure and knowledge on Pharma and GxP process .
Change Management expert(s) is/are responsible for
a. Managing and maintaining the Stakeholder & Impact Analysis and Communications Plan (from Phase 1);
b. Implementing the Stakeholder Engagement Framework (from Phase 1);
c. Producing targeted communications as required by the Program;
d. Creating, mobilizing and managing a Change Agent Team;
e. Developing communications in support of the new Operating Model;
f. Achieving Leadership Alignment;
g. Producing templates and content for multi-channel communications to support the Stakeholder Engagement Framework;
h. Managing day-to-day program change management and communications schedules, milestones, and risks;
i. Supporting Training roll-out (training materials, etc) for the CMDB and MODA data maintenance application (from Phase 1);
j. Support for Manufacturing Systems CoE.
