Required Skills:
60 months of full time experience specifically in PowerBuilder programming client/server applications
60 months of full time experience specifically in Oracle coding and maintaining Oracle database objects
60 months of full time experience specifically with PL/SQL coding
24 months of full time experience with New York State budgeting, accounting and/or financial management systems
Description:
State of New York: Information Technology Services (ITS)
Responsibilities:
Design, code, test and implement individual Integrated Budgeting System related tasks in PowerBuilder and/or other application projects or tasks;
Design, code, test and implement database structures in Oracle to support business applications;
Participate in requirements gathering and the identification of appropriate technological solutions and approaches; and
Prepare functional and technical specifications as needed.
