Senior SQL Database Engineer.
9 Plus years, in T-SQL Query writing and SQL development for large enterprise SQL databases (2012, 2014, 2016)
Expert level knowledge of SQL Architecture, DTS, Jobs, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL tool administration, engineering, and monitoring tools.
Expert in writing performance intensive T-SQL code using best algorithms, joins and SQL Internal Architecture.
Understands Enterprise practices of reviews, sign offs and audits.
DevOps Skills:
SQL DB Projects and SQL CC code coverage tool usage. Automated Unit Testing in SQL Server Dev
Understanding of C# or Java programing is big advantage
Has worked in Powershell and used Powershell to create Automated build and deployment packages
Understands single click deployments, Fail Forward, A/B Testing
Added Consideration :
Exposure to Cloud Database Engineering
Exposure of SQL Azure
Exposure to Big Data, Hadoop and NO SQL concepts is highly desirable
SQL Azure Data lake and concepts of Data Streaming
Experience in Migration from SQL on Premises to SQL Azure
