Duration : 4 months with a possible extension
Functional testing and Web Services testing – mandatory
Manual Testing with API/ Web service – mandatory
XML – mandatory
Black box testing – mandatory

Responsibilities & Deliverables Qualifications
Design and develop test plans
a. Strong knowledge of Functional, Integration and Regression testing methodologies
b. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
c. Able to work in an Agile / XP environment
d. Knowledge of MISMO (mortgage industry standards) version 3.4 and earlier
e. Experience working with XML by creating test XML files for integration testing
f. Build and execute test plans using system requirements documents and mappings
Design and develop test cases

Automation of test cases
a. Knowledge of automation test tools
b. Knowledge of Automation tools (QTP, Selenium)
c. Knowledge of Load Testing tools (JMeter, NeoLoad)
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects a. Pivotal Tracker to record bugs
Execute integration tests a. Execute integration tests that exercise all test cases
b. Deliver thorough QA testing reports that determine product quality and release readiness
c. Ability to troubleshoot issues during test cycle by performing root cause analysis
d. Experience using XML post utility tools, such as SoapUI and Postman
