Looking for a Performance Manager/Lead at onsite Norwood, MA USA who should have worked at onsite with extensive client handling experience and should possess considerable knowledge on Performance & Automation tools.
Job Responsibilities
Should involve in Performance Testing from planning phase till result review before sharing with client
Strong knowledge on Performance tools like Loadrunner, Performance Center & Visual Studio 2015.
Should have experience in Diagnostic and Monitoring Tools ( eHealth, AppDynamics, Splunk)
Experience in Analyzing the performance results and provide the feedback to client about the issues that degrades the performance
Should have considerable knowledge on Jenkins (Build and Deploy Tool)
Personal Attribute
Ability to work with different teams, and locations, building consensus and assisting others
Should have experience in offshore –onsite working model
Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills
Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
