Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Create and maintain recurring metrics, dashboards and analyses to leaders within HR and across the business.
Performs data collection, data analysis & reporting in support of ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests.
Provides accurate and appropriate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data.
Develops programs, methodologies, and files for collecting, analyzing and presenting data.
Points out system or process problems when noticed and engages the team in problem solving.
Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and management.
Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools.
Qualifications: .
· at least 4 years of experience
· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business (Finance or Economics), Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
· Good understanding of RDBMS Databases.
· Proficient with at least one scripting language Perl/Python or other
· Strong communication skills and a can do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
· M.B.A. / Master's or Doctorate degree in Comp Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
· Proficiency using Workday, SAP, or any other HR data system
Proficiency using Tableau
