Description:
At least 2 to 3 OTM Implementation Rollout
Strong experience in writing agents workflows
OTM design and configuration of agent workflow, rate configuration, itinerary, lanes, screen set, and master data set up such as users, locations, and equipment
Expertise in XML, XSL, JSPX, SQL, PLSQL, Unix putty commands, server folders, data base tables, style sheet
Depth Understating of log files, Automation agent actions, procedure, packages, custom event, report configuration registration and FTI
User hierarchy configuration, screen customization, access control, vpdvpd context
Preparing unit and functional Test Cases and Scenario documents
Experience in OTM Scalability and root causing OTM performance issues
Prepare mapping doc.
