Travel- Some, Locally to remote sites / clinics
1 hour in person or virtual interview with HM and team. Potential meet and greet with client.
Provides technical support and analysis for network systems and components, LAN/WAN communications, and transmission systems with emphasis on Wireless LAN infrastructure. Performs the installation, modification, testing, and servicing on all converged network communications equipment. Effectively communicates with all stakeholders. ? Conducts analysis and prepares reports ? Assists in the recommendation for improvements and the development of technical standards. ? Monitors network to ensure its availability ? Observes and controls the status and performance of all network components ? Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems affecting network performance ? Creates and maintains network documentation ? In-depth disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise. ? Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery. ? Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise. ? Manages projects and program execution. ? Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables. ? Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables, and recommendations. ? Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent. - Opportunity/risk analyses - Cost/benefit analyses - Pricing models ? Anticipates operational, program, and implementation issues and develops preventative measures. ? Adapts projects, programs or methods based on customer or business partner feedback.
Cisco experience a must. Experience: 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong Wireless infrastructure competency ? Expert knowledge of Network Systems. ? Advancing knowledge in other areas of Infrastructure Design and Management. Experience working with healthcare clients strongly preferred. Certification good but also not required
