Mandatory Skill : Kronos Workforce Module, testing
5-6 years’ experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper
Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and configuring Kronos Clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals) using WDM.
Working knowledge and experience with Kronos Accruals, Advanced Scheduling & Forecaster, and Attendance modules would be a plus.
High-level knowledge of Mobile, Activities, and Analytics and other Workforce Central modules (not essential

Experience with large-scale software implementations. (Kronos implementation experience preferred but other Time & Labor and/or major software implementation experience will be considered)
