Job Description :
HRIT Analyst(Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, ADP Payroll, etc
Perrysburg, OH
Duration: 6+ months

Basic Job Functions:
Provides IT implementation services and technical support for client business applications; with a focus on HR systems and processes.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years work experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent years of work experience

Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of HR Systems solutions (Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, ADP Payroll, etc.
Experience in “Human Resources”, “Time and Attendance and “Benefits and Payroll” systems and business best practices. This includes but is not limited to human resources, benefits administration, employee self-service, manager self-service, payroll, talent management and recruiting.
Experienced in working and determining processes related to Operational Data Stores.
Ability to manage projects from conception to implementation using a mix of internal, external and off-shore resources.
Extensive experience with system integration.
Demonstrated system development capabilities with modern development tools.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks simultaneously, whether working independently or with other people.
Demonstrated ability to communicate status effectively to all stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to write reports and queries from multiple data sources. Drive end-user reporting abilities so business users can access accurate, relevant and timely information for improved decision making.
Experience in documenting processes, specifications and work instructions.
Proven interpersonal skills.
Ability to train users.
