Job description:
Responsibilities:
* Review current and forecast initiatives for rolling implementation of security against all areas of SAP domain
* Coordinate with client stakeholder to organize and manage current initiatives
* Refine the process for managing intake (both planned and un-planned) and drive project oversight to deliver the projects
* Refine the process for initiative decomposition to discrete projects, inventorying and tracking project, and driving to completion
* Refine tools and processes for estimation of effort for each initiative
* Refine reporting and tracking processes
* Experience with project management both for classic waterfall and more agile delivery in a hybrid environment
* Experience managing an inventory of completing, in progress, planned, and requested initiative with dependencies in an environment with rolling/evolving scope
* Experience with supporting identification of in-flight initiatives, confirming participation and dependencies, and tracking to delivery completion
* Experience with SAP
* Experience with sponsor communications (Director level)
* Experience managing communications in a de-centralized organization and coordinating with multiple distinct stakeholder groups to drive reviews, updates, and alignment
