· Complete understanding of Point of Sale functionality
· Liaise with IT to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
· Help prepare testing proposals, timeframes, and schedule.
· Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
· Partners with Training Manager to provide base training transactions.
Job Qualifications
· POS experience.
· Coordination experience.
· Ability to accurately document issues and track releases.
