Description:
State Of North Carolina: Department of Information Technology (NCDIT)
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development, implementation, and support for the ECIDS portal using the IBM Websphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management (WCM) tools.
Support and assist the development of the ECIDS user interface and overall creative design for the application including mobility support and utilization considerations.
Writing and testing program code.
Performing system implementation activities and technical support as needed.
Developing system and end-user documentation where needed.
Instructing and training for other team members and end users on the use of the ECIDS application.
