Handle day to day issues of end users with SAP system
L1/L2 ticket handling plus on call support
Working on issues related to SAP PS and SD
Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA
Working on new requirements in the projects like hardware migration, upgrades, rollouts
Working as Functional point of contact for all operational activities of SAP systems
