Role name : A/V support Technician Consultant
Experience : 4-6 (Years)
Location : Iselin, Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration : 7(Months)

Competencies : Intelligent Video Surveillance & Analysis

Essential Skills :
A/V support Technician Responsible for soft and hard IMACS, configuring, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment. Needs to work directly with the client to support during A/V events and resolve any A/V issues during or after the event. A/V events include VC, Audio conferences, presentations, etc
Operations support and hands on experience with Cisco Video conferencing equipment like Cisco TelePresence , Cisco TP profile systems, etc
Operations support for AV equipment like Switchers, scalars, DAs, and OEMs like Crestron, Extron, etc
Opertions support and hands on experience on Crestron Control equipment(Touch-panel, control processors like AV2)
Regular preemptive checks
Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
Accurately record, update and document requests.
