Job Description :
Position: SFDC Veeva Consultant


Job Responsibilities -

Single point of contact for Veeva Support who would be working in conjunction with Offshore leads and offshore support team to provide a more focused approach for supporting local demands
Drive e2e support delivery (Incident Management, Service Request Management & Change Management) along with high severity communication, stakeholder reporting and continuous service improvements with hands on approach as demanded by market with a focus on technical delivery
Handle Critical/high severity incidents during NA business hours. Should be able to conduct investigation and suggest solution/workaround within the agreed SLAs and perform the resolution actions independently in Veeva

Minimum Qualifications -

At least 3 years of work experience in Veeva/SFDC with certifications (Dev 401 & ADM 201)
At least 4 years of IT experience
Should be proficient in Veeva Configuration (Profiles, Permission Sets, Approval Process, MCCP, MSL, CLM, Workflows, VMOC, Reports and Dashboards), Apex Data Loader and Veeva iRep.
Prior experience in CRM and Life Sciences is a must
Hands on experience in Incident, Change and Problem Management processes with prior experience in working in a ITIL framework
Good knowledge of Pharma domain and related processes (Call Detailing, Sampling, MCCP, Meetings, Medical Enquiry, Closed Loop Marketing etc
Should have excellent communication and articulation skills to improve customer relationship

Preferred Qualifications -

Knowledge of Veeva Customization (Apex Triggers, Visual Force)
