Client needs this resource to aid in bringing the annual review of all procedural documents current. They will be ensuring that all procedure documents accurately define their guiding principles, provide detailed task instructions, and form the basic structure of their business operations.

Procedures Writer: Interviews Subject Matter Experts and performs research for policy, procedure, or documentation development. Analyzes, writes, edits, formats, and maintains policy, procedure documents and has experience in mortgage and using Microsoft Word, SnagIt, and DocuShare. This position also creates forms and develops a variety of training and/or reference materials and communications as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum three years professional experience in technical writing and research
Advanced/Intermediate MS Word skill level (advanced preferred)
Advanced/Intermediate Visio skill level
Intermediate SnagIt skill level
Intermediate WebEx skill level
Effective communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
Familiarity with the mortgage industry and systems, policies, and procedures a plus
