Job Description :
Looking for a Program Manager resource with hands on Experience. with good analytical, problem solving, communication skills. Also having some exposure and knowledge on Pharma and GxP process
Program Manager is responsible for:
a. Partnering with the Merck Program Lead to jointly monitor and manage the program workstreams
b. Managing the Supplier’s resources and work plans;
c. Serving as a liaison between the Supplier and Merck;
d. Reporting on progress, including metrics for program status, as required by Merck;
e. Identifying and managing program issues, including escalation of issues in a timely manner;
f. Identifying and managing program risks, including mitigation planning and resolution;
g. Meeting executive stakeholder expectations and ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget and that it meets scope and quality agreements.
