Complete Description:
Seeking one Scrum Master/Agile Coach SMAC. The SMAC will help with planning, strategizing and implementing small to large scale transformations of team/s from waterfall to small iterative development and testing cycles, applying the industry best practice, standards, and methodologies and project support under the direction of Virginia Department of Taxation management. The SMAC will work in a team environment.
Skills:
Min 7 + years’ work experience in agile development life cycle Required 7 Years
Min 4 years work experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing agile development methodology and planning Required 4 Years
Min 3 years work managing daily work load utilizing agile development and planning methodology Required 3 Years
Min 5 years work experience in TFS (Team Foundation Server) or similar tool Required 5 Years
Min 4 years work experience training staff and introducing complex topic to diverse groups Required 4 Years
Min 4 years work experience developing, documenting and implementing iterative development lifecycle standards Required 4 Years
Min 3 years work experience utilizing TFS reporting features to manage department and team workload/capacity Required 3 Years
Min 2 years work experience with Service Oriented Architecture Highly desired
Min 2 years work experience with PL/SQL or Oracle SQL Developer Highly desired
Min 1 year work experience with XML Highly desired
Work experience and knowledge of COM architecture (registering and un-registering DLLs)

2 years work experience in IBM Datacap Taskmaster version 7.5.102 highly desired
Proficiency in IBM Datacap Taskmaster 8.X framework highly desired
