Position Description
eDataForce Consulting LLC, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services seeks for a “dynamic staffing professional / IT Recruiter “to work with us to meet the expanding needs of our company.
Must have experience in IT Support/call centers'' job placements
*Our office is located in Irving, TX. Candidates residing in Irving, TX locations are highly encouraged to apply, this position will need onsite candidate.
We also need someone in Hyderabad, India {work from home} *

Candidate with at least 5 years of experience in IT Network Professionals/Call Centers/Repair centers staffing.
Candidate MUST be Excellent in using job boards and also LinkedIn
Must have hands on recruiting background.
Good experience with MS Office applications.
Good understanding of several technologies especially in IT Networking
Use of a laptop and telephone for 8 hours a day.
Excellent knowledge of recruiting passive candidates and utilizing various sources.
Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Selection, hiring, and delivery of qualified resources and contract negotiation is required.
Good understanding of US Labor laws, immigration policies, general business documents and employment laws is required.
Experience in managing contract staffing needs of direct clients in a high paced environment.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies.
Experience with full life cycle recruiting process is require
