Job Description :
Advise large global manufacturing companies on business and IT strategies relating to eCommerce, channel experience, and front office transformation (including CPQ) business processes
Lead team of consultants or be part of advisory assignments / projects for leading manufacturing clients (industrial, auto, process or aero manufacturing clients)
Interact with business and IT leadership of manufacturing clients
Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums to represent
Support large IT deals for manufacturing clients
Support solution development with key technologies (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Magento, IBM, etc by giving the domain inputs.
Program management of large global transformational programs that need manufacturing business insights.
Reporting into head of CEM value engine / eCommerce Center of Excellence for Customer Experience Management
Function as eCommerce Functional / business consultant with experience in the following:
o Should have worked on or been a part of large business transformation initiative in his / client organization with respect to eCommerce strategy
o Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering eCommerce use cases on leading eCommerce Product Suites (SAP, Magento, IBM, Oracle, Salesforce or CloudCraze)
o Experience in delivering end to end eCommerce transformation initiative – business blueprinting, design and configuration, guiding technology and UI/UX teams, user acceptance testing and global roll outs
o Certification in Consulting, eCommerce product suites, agile methodology, and project management
o Exposure to eCommerce implementation in agile methodology
o Experienced in CRM, CMS, ERP, CPQ, Portals, SSO, eCommerce, ESB/SOA
o Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce best practices, use cases, architecture principles and leading eCommerce products.
Responsibilities:
Define eCommerce and channel experience strategy and roadmap for manufacturing clients
Determine the relevant platforms and related architecture considerations and tradeoffs
eCommerce business benefit analysis and business case preparations for clients
Expertise includes strong domain knowledge in the respective functional area including cross industry leading practices, business consulting, business case development, thought leadership initiatives and project management
Lead eCommerce go-to-market strategies ( solutions, marketing campaigns, analyst briefings, industry forums)
Contribute in presales and sales activities for eCommerce - RFP responses, proactive outreach, point of view and proof of concept demonstrations
Lead teams in technical projects
Ready to travel within US weekly for projects.
Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative. Ability to conduct business workshops.

Experience in B2B eCommerce and Channel Experience
Certification in any of the leading eCommerce product suites
Knowledge of various enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
Years of experience required for position: 10-15 years
