Technical/Functional Skills

Proven experience in leading workshops to identify requirements, provide solutions and validate design/configuration
Strong experience as Functional Analyst
Functional understanding of Project & Schedule Management, Documents, Parts & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management and Manufacturing Process
Investigation and validation of current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficient workflows that could be improved.
Creation of professional quality presentation, Requirement, Functional Design, and Process flow documentation
Hands-on experience of Teamcenter 10x,11x
Administration/Support/Implementation/Upgrade projects
Must have knowledge of Teamcenter modules and integration platforms
Proficient in prototyping solutions and product presentations

Experience Required
Total 15+ years of experience in PLM Domain
At least 3+ years of experience in Business Process definition and documentation
At least 2 year of experience as Functional Analyst
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Extremely good articulation and presentation skills.
Process oriented and be able to follow best practices suggested by product vendors
