Position: Maximo-Onsite Support Lead

Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 8 to 10 Years
Technical/Functional Skills • Hands on experience with the configuration of the Maximo System
Hands experience with the integration and interface design of the Maximo with the other systems
Hands on experience in Support Maximo Application
Manage Maximo EAM System administration and configuration modules; workflow, development and administration.
Knowledgeable Linux shell commands and development of shell scripts
Good understanding of clustering and load balancing
Should have strong communication skill
Experience to work in onsite offshore model
Should have strong knowledge on BIRT reporting
Should have the knowledge in Maximo java customization and the automation script
Should have experience working in validated system and have good knowledge on Application Validation requirement and experience on GxP.
Should have experience working in Healthcare/Medical domain
Experience Required 5 to 7 Years
Roles & Responsibilities • To work as a team member to support Maximo system
Responsible for user communication and offshore co ordination
Responsible To-Be solution and Solution Mapping,
To coordinate with the infrastructure, and the other related interface stakeholders as and when needed to solve any problem in time.
Provide status update to all the stake holders on regular intervals
To take the full ownership of the support.
Co coordinating with offshore team on regular basis.
Should have knowledge on the CMDB Application
Support experience
Generic Managerial Skills • Must be able to manage various stakeholders
Must have very good written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
Should be able to communicate with and handle customer expectations
