Job Description:
Pega Certification Required: CSSA or CLSA
Experience with architecture & design
Strong technical leadership to drive design and development for major components of focused solutions
Expertise in developing PRPC High Level Class structure Work Flows and Business Process Management
Knowledge of software development best practices (RUP, XP, Agile, Waterfall)
A minimum of 6 years proven experience in developing applications with Pega PRPC up and Pega 7 ( Preferably 7.2) is a must
Experience with IAC ( Internet Application Composer ) / Mash Up
Experience performing Pega upgrades
Proficiency in Business Process Automation leveraging Pega BPM and BRE for developing Enterprise Application Systems, Messaging and SOA Connectors
Excellent experience with object oriented analysis and design patterns/techniques with emphasis on Java/J2EE technology
Minimum 4+ years of extensive hands on experience with Java, J2EEExperience with RDBMS specifically Oracle Experience with Unix, preferably AIX
Excellent application performance tuning and trouble shooting skills
Experience with Design patterns and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills".
