The SailPoint Project objective is the integration of single solution for identity and access management to automate end user ID termination, enable self-service password resets, & provide access certification; avoiding the time/cost/effort of the current manual processes.

This person should have very strong organizational change management skills, in combination with project management skills and experience to support the business representatives in delivering effective organizational change management deliverables that will appropriately prepare all project stakeholders with the required skills and knowledge. This experience should include strategic and tactical experience in developing change management, end user communication and training plans.

Identity & Access Management experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities would include supporting the business leads in:
Planning the training required to prepare business users with the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs at go live
Completing the training development efforts by tracking the training material development, reviews/approvals, and final sign offs
Preparing for the training delivery efforts, including coordinating training rooms, material preparation, system availability, etc.
Executing their training delivery efforts, including coordinating course scheduling, registration, attendance tracking and co-facilitating courses, makeup classes and leadership compliance reporting
Coordinating business participation in the functional cutover planning and execution, including monitoring the cutover plan task execution and identifying and escalating relating issues as appropriate
Planning, developing and delivering project stakeholder (end user) related communication that is inclusive of all strategic and tactical user needs
Document future state processes and identify change from current state and impacts to stakeholder groups
Identifying potential business related risks and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
Supporting executive alignment communications including steering committee presentations, etc.
Providing organizational change management expertise


Required Skills:
Minimum 5-7 years project management experience with proven delivery of system implementation projects
Demonstrated experience working with Organizational Change Management tools and techniques, including:
o Leadership alignment
o Business readiness
o Instructional design
o Stakeholder engagement, alignment and management
o Change readiness assessments
o Communication planning and development
Project Management and Team Leadership skills
Relationship building skills—ability to gain trust and form strong business alliances; develop and maintain effective working relationships with key collaborators and customers
Verbal and written communication skills to all stakeholder levels
