Position: MS Lync Analyst
Location: Spring TX

I need to fill this position as soon as possible. A resource working at the client is leaving this month, and they need to replace him before he is totally out. Very urgent and hot.
Comments: Onsite interview is a must. One time interview only. Do not submit Desktop Technician Or Field Technician who supported little Skype / Lync.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide operational support, technical issues resolution & consultation and system administration of the LYNC Enterprise System infrastructure (voice & messaging This includes, but not limited to the following:
Support the development of Best Practices, e.g. ability to develop, document and apply as required in line with corporate guidelines
Supports and participates in projects as required
Follows Problem and Change management guidelines
Support the development & execution of BCP/DRP and situation testing as required Interact with external suppliers/vendors as needed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
In-depth technical knowledge & demonstrated expertise in the major functions and features of software and hardware infrastructure for LYNC Enterprise Voice (EV) System.
Skills in LAN and WAN technologies including Wireless, QoS, MPLS, leased circuit, frame relay, ATM, VPN and Internet.
In-depth technical knowledge & demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Communicator & LYNC Peer-to-Peer tools.
Experience in Network Bandwidth Analysis / Traffic Engineering
Telecom Networking related experience with specialties in supporting one or more areas
Experience in supporting IP Telephony systems
Layers 1-3 technologies; routing, switching, IP addressing, Physical power, and cabling
Experience in supporting Messaging & Collaboration Tools
Voice Service technologies; Voice gateways, PBX, VMX, Call Center-IVR, Wireless
High level of analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
