Job Description :
Immediate Project Requirement, Starts ASAP

· Understand and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications
· Develop strong business relationships with business areas responsible
· Partner with other functions across IT (PM, BA, EA, Security, Operations) to ensure collaboration, consistency, quality and timeliness of solutions
· Lead and manage developers in the delivery of custom solutions or COTS configurations/customizations that follow client''s standard SDLC process
· Ensure self and development team adheres to client''s design and development patterns and standards
· Maintain and enhance integration solutions, including off-hours support of business critical integration solutions
· Ensure proper response and resolution to issues and errors
· Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers
· Define standards to guide solution decisions in relation to integration for the enterprise
· Create prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications
· Work closely with other Solution Architecture/Designers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing
· Continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances
· Be a subject matter expert of your technology components, including its architecture, features and functionality, user experience, and connections to other parts of the platform
· Grow your knowledge of our product portfolio and the associated enabling technology
· Oversee the work of your assigned technical team members and external vendor
· Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely and quality work
· Assure that the team is utilizing proper architectural and development standards
· Coach and mentor the technical team members in the architectural and development standards

Requirements:
· A BA/BS or equivalent experience
· 8+ years of experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) / ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)
· 3+ years of Team Management Experience (off-shore team management a plus)
· Hands-on and Hands-off management experience
· Advanced Experience with TIBCO integration products desired (TIBCO BusinessWorks)
· Experience with Workflow and Business rule technologies
· Advanced integration experience with industry standard integration products
· Advanced experience with Message and Queueing technologies
· Intermediate knowledge of database platforms
· Intermediate Experience using Java or a JAVA IDE
· Intermediate knowledge of SDLC, code management concepts and platforms
· Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language such as .NET
· Knowledge of all aspects of enterprise architecture
· Strong understanding of PaaS, SaaS and CaaS architecture
· Detailed knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and common web-based data-interchange mechanisms (JSON, XML)
· Experience with Azure or other cloud technologies
· Current experience working with Microsoft on premise, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Hybrid environment projects
· Ability to architect, design and develop using cloud principles
· Ability to diagnose, research and prototype innovative technology in a cloud environment
· Must have experience working on individual and group projects
· Experience in mobile and responsive development a plus (iOS and Android)
· Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications, mobile and media products
· Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus
· Client service experience either in consulting or another field
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
· SDLC Tools Sets and Methodologies including Atlassian Suite and VSO (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo)
· Knowledge of source code control tools (Subversion, Stash, Git, Github, Team Foundation Server)
· Extensive experience using Agile and Application Lifecycle Management including experience with paired programming, continuous integration, test driven development
· Must be a team leader who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration and open communication
· Background in technology, design and development of enterprise platforms
· Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus
· Experience with golf industry technology is not required but would be a bonus
· Excellent customer focus skills
