*Job Title: Trade Floor Support Specialist (CW) USC, GC Only*

The Trade Floor Support Specialist CW position resides within our IT
Service Operations group.

It is an operational SME role in maintaining and supporting Capital Markets
traders, hardware and software under the direction of a Team Lead.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide dedicated Level 2 desktop and related application support for
Capital Markets Traders.

Analyze and assess Trader Desktop Software / Hardware issues and provide
prompt technical solutions.

Assist with Business Continuity site maintenance and DR event support.
Work with end users both in person and over the phone to resolve technical
problems with client hardware and software.
Interact with various IT platforms in a multi-layered client server
environment to resolve customer issues.

Follows Desktop Technology support best practices and procedures.
Perform PC workstation and multi-monitor installations and trading
application installations.

Post deployment testing of changes including applications, updates, network
changes, etc.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, or a Minimum of 5 years work experience
in the IT support field.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A working knowledge of Incident Management and Service Ticketing systems.
Shows familiarity ODBC and Excel Add-in configuration.
Support experience with Windows 7 Enterprise OS, Office 2010 \ 2016, Java,
and IE.
Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications and hardware.
Network TCP/ IP connection troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work flexible hours (occasional weekend or after hours work
required

Preferred Skills:

Previous Trade Floor support experience.
Experience with Market Data applications including: Bloomberg, TradeWeb and
Reuters Eikon applications.

Operates as a Self-Starter and shows ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrates the ability to follow operational procedures and security
policies.
Demonstrates mature decision making.
Working knowledge of the following: Active Directory, enterprise networks,
MS SCCM, SharePoint, BitLocker; Remedy, ServiceNow, Virtual Desktop
Interface, Remote Control support tools, VMware, Appsense, MS-Access, MS
Outlook \ Exchange, Bromium and Cisco VPN client.
