Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:
Manage builds, releases and supports along with a small team
Provide expert guidance on release and deployment best practices
Advise development staff when requirements for release and deployment are not met
Communicate with DATA management and Project Clients on status of deployments
Escalate issues quickly and professionally for fast resolution
Keep metrics on SLAs and KPIs
Manage team priorities; provide cross-training; review success of deployments
Work with Service Desk, Server team, Network team and others as needed for deployment
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years work experience with build configuration & release management, application lifecycle managment, Team Foundation Server
Minimum of 5 years work experience with software configuration management
Additional skills:
Attention to detail
Ability to forecast, 2-3 steps ahead (scenario based)
Someone with strong team/leadership skills
