Primary Skills: Cisco UCCE, CVP, IVR
Description:
Total experience is 6-9 years'' experience
4-5 experience with IVR, CVP (Customer Voice Portal) and UCCE
Cisco UC applications like CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways would be added advantage
Validate fixes provided by vendors in lower environment before applying them to production.
Coordinate with applicable teams to provide root cause analysis for any issues reported.
Coordinate with product vendor during Installation, Configuration and Integration of CC applications.
